DAY 2


Oh my goodness. So first of all it's day 2 on the raw diet. I just made this recipe from the Alyssa Cohen Raw Cookbook called Creamy Avocado dressing. It's consisted of
1 avocado
1/2 a cucumber
1/4 cup honey
3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup olive oil.
Blend it in a food processor or blender till smooth. Its sweet and creamy. I could almost eat it as a dessert. What a great discovery and i'm only on day 2! More motivated today then yesterday. Also 3 lbs down ;-)

IM SO SORRY

Ok guys. i know i haven't written in awhile. Thats because i failed. I got down 30 lbs and stopped. I have since gained 27 of that back. But starting today is my 100 day challenge. Myself along with at least 33 other are partaking in. What i am doing is 100% raw foods. I will be more or less juice feasting. I loved juicing. plus its super easy and super fast to make foods. Only this time it will be more smoothie like. i want to be down at least 75 lbs in 100 days! I am super motivated not just for myself but I am also doing this for my brother Dakota as well who is doing it for his senior project. I am super excited to continue. Today has been hard as im sure the next week or so will be in detox. i am currently drinking SYNERGY which is Organic Raw fermented tea called Kombucha. Its delicious. it really wakes you up for those of you that are Caffeine addicted. Again if you guys have any questions let me know.
