DAY 2


Oh my goodness. So first of all it's day 2 on the raw diet. I just made this recipe from the Alyssa Cohen Raw Cookbook called Creamy Avocado dressing. It's consisted of
1 avocado
1/2 a cucumber
1/4 cup honey
3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup olive oil.
Blend it in a food processor or blender till smooth. Its sweet and creamy. I could almost eat it as a dessert. What a great discovery and i'm only on day 2! More motivated today then yesterday. Also 3 lbs down ;-)
